Account Manager - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Solicit new client relationships and develop new business with existing clients. Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication negotiation skills.

Accountant - Our professional staff work with companies in a variety of industries, small business owners, executives at midsize firms, and not-for-profit organizations. Accountant responsibilities and requirements include communicate and interface with clients, strong general ledger and reconciliation skills, good understanding of GAAP, hands on experience with AR, AP, and payroll processes. Experience with QuickBooks required, CPA preferred.

Bookkeeper - Responsibilities include the creation and posting of financial transactions, interacting with customers and vendors, generating invoices, depositing checks, bill payment. At least 2 years experience and understanding of QuickBooks required.

Financial Analyst - Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting. At least 5 years experience and bachelor's degree required.

​Business Consultant – Responsible for analyzing business processes and developing strategies to promote profitability. A bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred. Must have 7 years minimum experience as a consultant or analyst in a professional business environment.

Assistants/Interns - This is an unpaid internship position for high school seniors or college students desiring to receive direct training in business practices and financial and accounting processes. Position requires good verbal and written communication, organization and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to adequately use Microsoft Office programs.
